With decades of experience in credit and collections, Bill has helped countless businesses recover overdue payments while maintaining positive client relationships.

Ready Set Collect! was founded to give organizations the tools and confidence to collect, by way of overcoming objections to payment, determining collection danger signals, acting on them, and with every collection call, to get something.

Our Mission

To provide training, coaching and mentoring to Credit and Collection departments within an organization, where the cash flow and the days sales outstanding (DSO) need to be improved.

This is achieved by arming these same individuals with the tools of knowledge that will enable them to educate and motivate their customers to pay them before anyone else—all while fostering and maintaining a positive and cohesive business-to-business (B2B) relationship, increasing confidence, job satisfaction, and profitability.
