Agreement to Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Ready Set Collect provides credit and collections consulting and training services, including:

∙ Candidate feedback for collection department hires

∙ Assessment of existing collection staff

∙ Credit and collections webinars

∙ One-on-one monthly coaching

Services are delivered virtually via Zoom unless otherwise agreed.

How It Works

Free Consultation: We start with a no-obligation call to discuss your needs.

Proposal: We provide a customized proposal with scope and fees.

Agreement: Upon acceptance, we provide a service agreement.

Delivery: Services begin after agreement is signed.

Fees and Payment

∙ Fees are based on team size and scope of services

∙ Payment is due within 30 days of invoice

∙ Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee

Cancellation

∙ Reschedule sessions with 48+ hours notice at no charge

∙ Less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% fee

∙ Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement.

Intellectual Property

All training materials and methodologies remain the property of Ready Set Collect. You may use them for internal purposes only and may not share or distribute them.

No Guarantees

While we are committed to quality training, we cannot guarantee specific results such as improved cash flow or collection rates. Results depend on implementation and factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Ready Set Collect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of BC, Canada.
